We are excited and looking forward to be able to serve you with all your fuel and oil needs.  We are offering the following plans, hoping one or more of them will be beneficial and helpful to your operation.
 
  1. Forward Contracts:  Forward contracting will be available starting the first of December. Prices will be posted in the Main Office, Keene, and  Main Gas Station starting December 1, 2009.  Delivery of contracted fuel will be April 1st thru September 31, 2010.  Contact us for information or if you would like to be on our e-mailing list.   The minimum contract is 1200 gallons.  This can be a combination of gas and fuel.  Also a .08 charge per month on products not used by October 1, 2010.
  2. Early fill-Delayed billing:  This program allows you to fill your bulk tanks in December and January, with the billing invoice for the fill(s) in this program due April 15, 2010.  How this works, is that we will fill your tanks at the charge price the day you ordered and then payment will be do on the 15th of April.  No further discounts will apply to this program.  The minimum delivery will be 600 gallons. We will begin taking orders December 15, 2009 and take them up until January 31, 2010.
  3. Pre-pay Option:  The IRS allows taxpayers to pre-pay for fuel or oil for the upcoming year.  This payment can be used as expense for the present year with the invoice specifying as operating fuel or oil.  If you feel this option is something that will work for your operation give us a call.
  4. Regular Scheduled Delivery (RSD):  RSD is when, without you having to call for delivery, our driver will make sure you have plenty of fuel during the peak demand season of spring and fall.  With your help, they will monitor your inventory during the off-season as petroleum prices rise and fall.  This option helps not only you the customer, but helps the company to route our trucks more efficiently so in return, we are able to give you the best price along with satisfaction of knowing there will be fuel in your tanks.
